Et al Solutions LLC Subprocessor and Service Provider List
Purpose
This list identifies third-party providers Et al Solutions LLC, DBA SIMPLIFAI ("Et al") currently uses to operate, secure, support, bill for, and measure its services. A provider is a Subprocessor only when it processes Personal Data on behalf of Et al's customer. Some providers also act as independent controllers for activities such as payment-network compliance or their own account administration.
The data actually shared depends on the service, product configuration, customer choices, consent, and the event being processed. Et al seeks to limit information to what the provider needs for its defined purpose.

Third-Party Review Services
Products may connect to third-party review sites selected by the customer. For ReviewNudge, a customer supplies a review destination and the product may retrieve public review information from a supported provider. The third party's own terms and privacy practices govern its service. ReviewNudge does not send the customer's contact list to a review provider for matching.
Changes
Et al may add, replace, or remove providers as products and operating requirements change. This page will be updated when a provider begins or stops processing Personal Data for a material service function.
A customer with a legally required objection to a new Subprocessor may contact privacy@etal.solutions. The applicable agreement and Data Processing Addendum govern the response.
